As recently advised we have been working closely with the suppliers of our golf module software to address some of the issues being experienced and also to improve some of its features.
It is pleasing to announce the issue with group bookings has now been rectified and Members can also now click on the results of the day and review their scorecard.
A Member wishing to make a group booking can do so by simply clicking on the ‘Book Group’ button and entering the names of their group at the time of making a tee booking. Please note surnames needed to be entered first so the system can find you and other Members.
Additionally, if a Member wishes to change the group booking they can do so by clicking on the ‘Edit Group’ button.
The ‘Add Friend’ feature is also available and allows a Member to save another Member as preferred playing partner.
Members can now click on the leaderboard and review their scorecard or another Member’s scorecard.
This can be done from our website or using our App.
To do so a Member needs to click on the Results tab at the top of the page and find the competition they are searching for by selecting the correct date range. Once they find the competition the Results button on the right of the competition should be clicked.
Viewing the scorecard is then as easy as clicking on the + button on the right of the Member’s name.
A new app has been released for use on your smart phones called ‘chapp-Club and Hospitality App’ and makes viewing and navigating the new golf software must easier.
Members with an iPhone can download the app by clicking on the button below.
