Our Executive Chef, Frederick Marechal and F&B Manager, Rudy Cheong are pleased to announce the launch of their new Spring/Summer menu for the Member’s Lounge. The new menu again features a number of Member favourites and some wonderful new dishes we look forward to sharing with you.
Frederick and Rudy have listened to recent feedback to ensure the new menu has something for everyone including fresh new salads which focus on health and flavour. By popular demand some of our daily specials have also been given a regular place on the new menu.
Breakfast will continue to be served seven days a week from 9am to 3pm in the Member’s Lounge and from 7am every Wednesday, Friday* and Saturday in the Garden Room.
Lunch is served seven days a week from 11am to 3pm in the Member’s Lounge.
A feature of our new menu are our share dishes which are perfect for a bite following your round of golf. These are available up until 5.30pm from Thursday to Sunday.
The new menu will be supported by our regular daily lunch specials and caters for gluten free, vegetarian and lactose free needs.
