Chip it in – or close enough that your mates will concede the putt, or will they?

Pitch it in – soft landing, nice roll, like a putt and in it goes (potentially).

Splash it in – throw the sand (accompanied by the ball) onto the green, land it soft and have it roll out like a putt and maybe, just maybe straight in.

Skipping the ball up the hills to the elevated greens… shot selection, club selection, face control, telling the ball to do – something.

Trajectory versus roll – deciding is key, seeing it is the trick.
