Now celebrating its tenth consecutive year, this festive tradition has become one of Brisbane’s most popular Christmas dining experiences, selling out every year.
Executive Chef, Gillian Hirst and her team will again lead this year’s culinary experience after receiving outstanding praise from guests following last year’s event. Known for her beautifully executed dishes, Gillian has crafted another exceptional Christmas feast.
